Hotel Stella Maris is a member of the HORESTAS trade organization for hotels and restaurants. Our cancellation rules follow the general rules and regulations of the industry.
Standard payment terms are net 8 days. The amount is due in accordance with the invoice sent by mail.
We reserve the right to ask for a credit card pre-authorization to cover the stay and any additional expenses of up to DKK 1,000, - per person per day.
If you wish to pay in cash, we ask to see a valid ID and receive full payment for the entire stay and a deposit of DKK 1,000, - per person per day.
Payment by credit card will be subject to a fee as a percentage of the purchase amount. The amount depends on which card is used.
Check in from 15:00
Check out before noon. 11:00
A late checkout may be arranged for a fee.
Beverages and snacks can be ordered before or upon arrival at the reception:
"Stella Maris Mini" with 1 beer, 1 mineral water, salty snacks and sweets at DKK 125, - per person.
"Minibar LUXE" with 2 special beers or 1 bottle sparkling wine, 2 mineral water, salty snacks and sweets DKK 275, - per room.
Breakfast is served from 7 am to 10 am, Sundays and public holidays from kl. 8 am to 10 am
Room service surcharge of DKK 85, - per person
Lunch from 12.00 am to 2:00 pm
Dinner from 6 pm to 9 pm, Friday and Saturday 9.30 pm
STELLA MARIS Hotel de Luxe is a non-smoking hotel, and all rooms are non-smoking.
Smoking is allowed outside. If our non-smoking policy is not respected, you will receive a cleaning surcharge of DKK 3,000, -
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, as all our rooms are allergy-friendly.
We will be happy to mail your forgotten items within 14 days of the date of departure. After 14 days STELLA MARIS Hotel de Luxe can no longer assist in recovering lost or forgotten items. The receiver always pays postage. Further more you will be charged a handling fee of DKK 125,- for time and transport to the nearest post office. Submit a prepaid envelope, we will happily weigh the forgotten item and mail you the item.
Stella Maris has no responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during postage.
